The final element of the day's timetable is the 
Adjournment Debate - an opportunity for backbenchers 
to raise issues of particular concern to them, and receive 
a short reply from the Government. The proposing MP 
is chosen by the Speaker, and the debate is restricted to 
half an hour in length.
